Thank you for your interest in staying with us at the Bernerhof Inn for the Polar Express package 2008. This magical event is very popular and we have limited ticket availability. Our family suite packages are for either 2 or 3 night accommodations and are based on a minimum quad occupancy, priced per person. We do not have 1 night packages. There are 2 trains, one boards at 4:30 and the other boards at 7:30 p.m.
The Bernerhof Inn is a warm, inviting 9-room Inn. We have 2 deluxe family suites. Each room is individually decorated and many rooms offer deluxe 2-person Jacuzzi tubs. If the grandparents are joining you, all the better. The inn is a wonderful spot for small families to enjoy this traditional Christmas event. We can make the entire inn yours for this memorable experience!! Contact the innkeeper to discuss.
Our two room suites include a bath with two-person spa tub Jacuzzi, TV's with VCR's, a master bedroom with a queen or king size bed, and a sitting room with a trundle bed (two twins-day bed style); and one even has a sauna.
We are a non-smoking inn; we do have ashtrays outside for guests who smoke. We do charge a $150 per night cleaning charge if a guest smokes in the room.
The Polar Express package is a per person rate or $279 not including tax and gratuity

We will have tickets for both the afternoon and the evening trains that run on Friday and Saturday each weekend starting November 29. *This price is not included in the $279 per person and we need to know if and what you want to purchase prior to your arrival.
In order to fully enjoy the Polar Express experience, we recommend that you be in the North Conway area several hours before your train time. We have limited availability so please call immediately. Especially if you are looking for quantity tickets.
To confirm reservations, we process a 50% deposit followed by full payment by November 1st. If you cancel your reservation prior to November 1, we retain the monies unless we are able to resell the reservation; in which case there is a $400 bookkeeping charge. If you cancel after November 1, the entire amount is forfeited unless we resell the reservation and a $500 bookkeeping charge applies.
Call or email and let us know the dates you want, early or late train, number of tickets, names of each individual and the ages of the children. Everyone needs a ticket except babies under 1 year of age.
Your credit card for the ½ deposit and authorization to charge the remainder November 1.

Our Receptions and Dinner Parties are catered to your individual needs. Your event will be memorable, enjoyable and your dream come true. Our outstanding chef, Gary Bunnell, varies the menu with fresh seasonal vegetables and spices and will happily create your favorites. Our staff is friendly and professional. Our venue is romantic and the perfect place to create special memories.
We can arrange flowers, music, theme, invitations and attention to every detail – as much or as little as you want. We have a full cocktail, wine and beer menu. We can set up an open bar, cash bar or whatever you wish.

WEDDING PACKAGES ARE AVAILABLE WITH EXTRA ACCOMMODATIONS AVAILABLE AT THE RED APPLE INN!
We require a 2-night minimum and booking of the nine rooms at the Bernerhof for wedding parties. Our staff is happy to arrange flowers, wedding cake, dining, photographers - as much or as little as you want. A typical party taking the entire 9 rooms for 2 nights (18-22 people) with breakfasts, wedding dinner and 1 lunch runs about $4,000. Call for package pricing tailored to your needs.
HONEYMOON PACKAGE - 6 Nights
Dining, massages, romance & magic
Our deluxe Jacuzzi 2-room suite will be yours for your entire stay. These spacious rooms include a master bedroom with a king bed, a fire stove, an adjoining sitting room with day bed, comfy chairs, TV and VCR and a bath with an oversized two-person Jacuzzi spa tub. The suite affords ample room to relax, spread out and enjoy your honeymoon.
Upon arrival, when you enter your deluxe Jacuzzi suite, you will be welcomed with chilled champagne, strawberries hand dipped in chocolate and a rose on the pillow.
Each morning you will be treated to a hearty country breakfast. One morning you will have a private dining room where the staff will indulge you to a breakfast fit for royalty.
One evening enjoy an intimate candle-lit dinner menu for 2 in The Dining Room. Another evening enjoy $50 ”mad money” to spend as you wish in the Black Bear Pub.
You both will enjoy a relaxing one-hour massage at a time of your choice.
Entire package for 6 nights, runs $1499, (tax and gratuity not included).
We will share our local knowledge and map an itinerary for a “dine around” experience or you may dine on our plan at an additional $69 per couple per dinner.
