All our guest rooms have central A/C and heat, amazon Alexa in every room, 40 inches to 50-inch flat screen smart TV's, Eco friendly fireplaces with beautifully carved mantels, cable, 5G Wi-Fi, bottled water Apron your arrival, Hair dryers, extra pillows and blankets, plush bathrobes, alarm clocks (tucked inside the nightstand). We use 1800 thread count striped premium white sheets and pillowcases. The Jackson village, Bretton woods and Fryeburg all have a fridge with small freezer. We also have a  guest kitchen equipped with full sized fridge/freezer, ice machine, vending for coffee, soda, water machine, microwave and sink for your use at any time during your stay. Every guest bathrooms here at the inn have 4 Turkish extra-large ralph Lauren or Ugg bath towels, 2 hand towels, 2 face clothes and bath matts. They are changed daily unless you specify not to. Bathrooms also have toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, makeup removers and facial tissues. We wash all linens with with sent free sensitive skin products.

Breakfast is served every morning from 8am to 9:30am, full cooked to order. Coffee and pastries are set out starting at 7ish for the early birds. Choose your favorite seat after you grab your cup of coffee and let the waitress take care of the rest. This is included with every room. Options are three choices and change daily as well as juice and a fruit and yogurt Parfitt to start you off.  (We have many choices for gluten, dairy and vegan free diets for folks with these needs. just let the waitress know at breakfast.)
